Yes. Verde Casino can update the terms and conditions and will notify every player of any material change by email at least fourteen days before the change takes effect. The notification email contains a summary of the changes and a link to the full updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms you have the right to close your account before the change takes effect, with any withdrawable balance refunded to your last verified deposit method. Continued use of the account after the effective date is taken as acceptance of the updated terms.
